Hojicha green tea is a Japanese specialty roasted tea. Light and earthy with a roasted flavor Hojicha is great for a rainy day as a pick me up. Slightly smoky and earthy. Hojicha differs from other Japanese green teas in that it is roasted rather than steamed this makes for a less vegetal flavor.
